Main Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and ensure execution of the company’s business plans and strategies
• Lead, manage, and supervise the sales department and its employees
• Collaborate with domestic and international partners; conduct negotiations and manage contracts
• Plan and implement business expansion and development initiatives
• Increase company efficiency and ensure profitability

Job Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or a related field
• At least 3 years of work experience in a sales or commercial organization
• Strong leadership, business analysis, planning, performance monitoring, research, and decision-making skills
• Positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and proven leadership ability
• Advanced proficiency in English
• Experience in the beverage or distribution industry is an advantage
