Main Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the company’s human resources policies and procedures
  • Organize and manage recruitment and hiring processes
  • Develop plans to enhance employee training, development, and performance
  • Implement employee performance evaluation and incentive systems
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment regulations
  • Manage compensation, benefits, and social welfare policies
  • Promote employee engagement and organizational culture
  • Prepare HR reports and provide management with relevant information

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in the HR field
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations
  • Experience in recruitment, training & development, and performance management
  • Strong documentation and reporting skills
  • Excellent communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • High ethical standards and ability to handle confidential information
